I was able to do 3 homes in one day all in the Nixa MO area one near the river which helps to promote the green growth on the home due to the moister in the air all the time. One a rental in town and one across town. Bidding over the phone sometimes leads to a surprise of what needs to be done when you get there. Nothing out of the ordinary this year has be great for the growth of mold, mildew, and algae lots of rain and just the right cool temps to keep it growing.
